Whilst many people may see me as a well-respected LinkedIn contributor, career and content advisor, I prefer to see myself as a people enthusiast and servant leader. After a long and very successful career in finance, I changed careers into Psychology at the age of 40, in order to deepen my understanding of human nature and apply it for the benefit of others.
My advanced knowledge of Psychology combined with my fervent passion for supporting and helping individuals with their careers, propelled me to create a global Career Advisory. I assist and coach job seekers, career changers, interviewees, and those pursuing heightened exposure or brand building on LinkedIn.
As an empowering mentor and career advisor, I strongly believe that all people should have access to the necessary tools to help them succeed professionally. In short I am on a MISSION EMPLOYABLE™!
Fluent in four languages, having resided in 20 countries, and traveled to over 100, I consider myself to be highly inclusive with a very culturally diverse mentality, and I apply cultural relativism to all of my services across seven continents.
As a professional who has changed careers three times in 30 years, I feel and demonstrate empathy and understanding, and can relate to many of the challenges that job seekers face, day to day.
My philosophy is simple. I like to keep it honest, direct, actionable, and, above all, realistic. I believe that this philosophy is essential in order to rectify the “broken” hiring process and fulfil my MISSION EMPLOYABLE™.
